As founder and CEO of EJL Enterprises, which includes The Lanagan Group, Ethan worked independently for a number of years before deciding to expand into other markets through his association with Seven Gables Real Estate. Though he interviewed with a number of other brokers, he knew immediately that his partnership with Seven Gables was a perfect fit given “the caliber of agents with whom they are associated, their superb management and mentorship program and hands-down the best marketing I have seen at any level.”

In his first year with Seven Gables, Ethan was the only new agent to reach an Elite Agent level of production, and it is a standard he has maintained throughout his career. Married to his beautiful wife Erica and the proud father of twin boys Camden and Beckett, Ethan spends his spare time with family, playing with their bulldog Harley, traveling, dining and entertaining friends.
